Password Policy

  • Security policy requires that a password:

    • is case sensitive
    • be nine (9) to twelve (12) characters in length
    • must contain at least one (1) numeric character
    • must contain at least one (1) special character


  • The first time you log into the system, please use the username and password that was provided to you.  Upon a successful login, you will be required to change your password.  Passwords must adhere to the policy outlined above.

    To file a program complaint of discrimination, complete the USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form, (AD-3027) found online at: How to File a Complaint, and at any USDA office, or write a letter addressed to USDA and provide in the letter all of the information requested in the form.
